CCI Disaster Relief Team on Stand By in Hurricane Matthew Warnings
Hurricane Mathew is expected to deliver the most destructive winds anyone in northeast and east-central Florida coast has ever experienced. Matthew is expected to be a category 4 or 5 striking the Florida Coast starting tonight. The National Weather Service in Melbourne, Florida stated ‘Matthew is likely to be stronger than any hurricane in recent decades, including Hurricane David in 1979.
Experts say “Matthew winds may exceed what occurred during the 2004 Hurricanes. All evacuation and structure preparation should be complete by this afternoon”, says the weather.com hurricane news.
The National Hurricane Center has issued hurricane warnings from North of Golden Beach Florida to Edisto Beach South Carolina.
